Pooping problems

My seven month old daughter hasnt poop for the last four days? Should i be worried? She sometimes gave us reactions that shes pooping but when we checked its nothing. We gave prune, peach, apple juices. Food that helped her poop. And we focus more on breastfeed. Training her to drinkformula too once a day. But to no avail. Still no poop.
