Selepas bersalin period tak teratur
Sesiapa pernah alami after bersalin period jd tak teratur? Pernah sekali tu period dtg sedikit ja…tapi lbih pd 7 hri..next month tu period x dtg… adakah sebab hormon atau t’pregnant? Saya tak ambk apa2 perancang lg…bby bru msuk 5bln🥲
Oh, jangan risau sangat dear, period tak teratur selepas bersalin ni memang sangat normal, especially kalau you still breastfeeding, sebab hormon prolactin tu boleh delay or disrupt kitaran haid you. Even bila period dah start balik pun, ramai ibu yang share that it doesn't just automatically go back to regular like before, the postpartum body really does take its own sweet time to settle. If you're not breastfeeding, period usually returns around 6, 8 weeks postpartum, but if you are, it can be much later and more unpredictable than that. Since you're not on any contraception though, it's always a good idea to do a pregnancy test just to rule that out, especially with a missed month, better to know for peace of mind. Do check with your doctor or O&G specialist just to be sure everything is okay, as stress and other factors can also play a role in irregular cycles.
