Based on my experience po: By December 27: 2-3 cm dilated ang cervix ko By December 28: my mucus plug dropped Around this time din napansin ko mas marami na discharge ko. But still, I felt no pain sa puson or balakang. May mga contractions but hindi consistent yung intervals. Minsan 10 minutes apart, minsan 15 minutes. December 30 (gabi) at December 31 (umaga at gabi), nag-exercise ako gamit ang isang video na nakita ko on YouTube. January 2 (around 5PM), I felt pain sa puson ko. Interval was 7 minutes, hanggang sa naging 5 minutes around 7PM. We got to the hospital around 8PM, in-IE ako and I was already 5 cm dilated. Nagprogress na yung pain since then. By January 3 (7:08 AM), nanganak ako via normal delivery. Sensya mahaba sagot ko mommy hehe but I hope this will somehow guide you :)
