How long to get used to infant care

sent my 5 month old baby to infant care cos have to go work. Now alrdy 1 month there but still not napping well at all (15 min to 30min naps) and teacher say he often cries and screams. Feels v bad to send him there. Anyone has such experience and how long did it take for baby to be happy there? :(
