The sensitive topic here is, Do you know how did miscarriage start? Is brown discharge the sign of miscarriage? In my pregnancy, all symptoms are already gone... 8 weeks😥😥

U might want to go and see gynae if the spotting continues. Brown discharge could be the body pushing old blood out. Symptoms come and go during pregnany so no symptoms does not means you are not pregnant. I had some spotting at around 8 weeks which last for few hours for like 2 days also. I went to see gynae and bb is all good. Im currently 17 weeks.
