gap utk setiap satu kick baby antara 20~30minit. ambik kick yg paling awak rasa kuat😊. mcm sy dulu complete kick around 4@5pm. tp selepas complete kick pon awak still kena alert dgn gerakan baby tau
start kire baby kick dr 9am-9pm. tp kalau baby awk ckup kick dalam pukul 2 mcm tu, ok je. just monitor kick baby after tu je.. make sure baby aktif.
