Hai! Don't worry lah, heartburn during pregnancy is very common and not harmful to baby, it's just uncomfortable for you. What really helped a lot of mums I know is eating smaller, frequent meals instead of big ones; it puts less pressure on your stomach and the reflux tends to settle down. Try to avoid spicy, fatty, and oily foods too, especially closer to bedtime, and some mums swear by almond milk and yogurt as they're gentler on the tummy. Sleeping with your head slightly elevated can help as well, my neighbour brought her pillow wedge and said it made such a difference to her night-time discomfort. Of course, it's still best to mention this to your doctor or midwife just to be sure, especially since it's been a few days of discomfort, but these little changes usually do wonders.
