Sayang, tanda-tanda bukaan rahim macam contraction yang regular, keluar mucus plug (jelly-like discharge), or air ketuban bocor, tapi signs ni very individual, ada yang obvious ada yang subtle je. Kena tengok doctor atau pergi hospital kalau you experience any of these, especially if you're not sure , don't wait at home wondering, better safe than sorry kan! At 37+ weeks, your baby can come anytime, so it's good to get checked properly. A few of us mum friends share, some tau langsung they're in labour, some rasa apa je tapi ternyata baru 2cm je. So jangan rely on DIY assessment lah sayang, let the doctors tell you the actual dilation. Hang in there, you're almost there!
