Biasa mummy, I also went through exactly the same. Siang malam I muntah2 and badan berangin gastric teruk. Mummy minum fresh orange juice lepas muntah ataupun nak kurangkan rasa mual tu. Mummy mesti rehat and dptkan tidur secukupnya utk dptkan tenaga balik. Kurangkan makanan berangin dan air gas. Mummy makan sikit2 setiap 2 / 3 jam and kalau boleh telan buah-buahan, please makan epal, orange ataupun tembikai. At least tembikai boleh tanbahkan air dlm badan u, sbb u akan mengalami dehidrasi. Don't worry mummy all this is temporary, and enjoy your pregnancy journey 🤗😘
