Sabar ye, memang boleh jadi HCG tu lambat nak hilang sepenuhnya, 4-6 minggu tu average je, ada orang sampai 8-10 minggu baru clear betul-betul, terutama kalau miscarriage around second trimester macam yours. Since the line is slowly getting darker (even sikit sikit), it sounds like HCG is still there but going down, bukan going up, that's actually good sign. A few of my mum friends went through this after their losses, and one shared she tested positive for nearly two months lepas, so you're not alone la. Tapi sebab 48 days sudah berlalu and you haven't gotten your period yet, I'd really suggest follow up with your doc or gynae to make sure everything's clearing properly, sometimes retained tissue or other things boleh cause delayed period and prolonged positive tests.
