Sayang, any spotting or bleeding in first trimester kena check with doctor or gynae terus ya, jangan tunggu! Banyak reasons bisa jadi, ada yang okay ada yang perlu attention, so better safe than sorry. Call your clinic or go to A&E if heavy or ada cramping juga.
