Ahhh mama, I totally feel you, the waiting game is the worst! Honestly, it's completely normal lah, a lot of my mum friends went past their due date by a week or two before contractions started, so jangan panic dulu okay. The thing is, baby will come when baby is ready, tapi kalau you're really worried or reaching past 40+ weeks, you should definitely check with your gynae to make sure everything is okay, they might want to monitor you closely or induce depending on the situation. In the meantime, relax, jalan jalan gentle, minum lots of water, and try not to stress (I know easier said than done with the whole family counting down! ). Trust your body, mama, you got this!
