That separate thing your doc mentioned could be a vanishing twin, ada cases macam ni where one embryo stops developing tapi tetap ada di sana, sometimes reabsorb ja. Since doc can't confirm yet and one heartbeat dah clear, best to follow up scan lagi dalam a couple of weeks so doc can see if it's still there or dah disappear, which is more common than you'd think honestly.
