Aduh sayang, I'm so sorry you're going through this worry Please make sure you see your doctor immediately if you have heavy bleeding, severe cramping, or dizziness, jangan tahan-tahan, go to A&E if needed. The dating could be off, or there might be other things going on that need proper checking, so please don't panic yet until the repeat scan. A few of my mum friends went through similar situations and the dating just shifted, tapi some needed more monitoring, either way, the doctor needs to follow up closely with you.
