Alhamdulillah scan okay je, tu yang penting! Light bleeding at 20 weeks boleh jadi macam-macam, few of my mum friends kena gejala serupa, either dari cervix yg sensitive (especially kalau ada internal exam baru-baru ni), or just hormonal changes, tapi since your doc dah check thoroughly and baby's fine, u can breathe easier lah. The green discharge tu kena monitor though, one of us kena and doc prescribed antibiotics, so maybe follow up dengan doc about that sebab boleh jadi infection kat situ, bukan berkaitan dengan bleeding. For now, pantau je, if ada lagi spotting or discharge gets worse, msg your doc instead of scanning every day (I get it, the anxiety is real!), tapi kalau suddenly kena heavy bleeding or cramping, then lah pergi A&E. Try to rest a bit and drink plenty of water, and honestly, sometimes these things just happen in pregnancy and baby's fine, the scan result is your reassurance
