Selamat malam Bunda ,, Nak tnya Ada x bunda yang due bulan 8 sudah melahirkan ? .. Saya due 18.08 tp kerap sakit pingang dan berdiri lama x tahan 😢 X sbar suruh bby keluar seblm due😌 Ada sapa² tahu tips untk melahirkan awal😅
Sayang, I know you're exhausted, back pain tu memang penat! But honestly, anything about inducing labour or making baby come early really kena check with your doctor first, especially this matters a lot untuk baby's safety. A few of us mums have experienced the same sakit pingang towards the end, and what helped was more frequent rest, warm compresses, and maybe massage from hubby or a trusted therapist. Tapi please see your doctor about the pain, bukan normal kalau teruk sangat, and they can check if everything's okay with baby. Jangan risau, dua minggu lagi, you've got this!
