wajib minum air masak dulu. then makan kurma. then makan nasi. insyaAllah tahan. 1st child sy pregnant bln puasa time 2nd trimester. alhamdulillah 1hari je tinggal puasa. 2nd child 3rd trimester. tinggal 3hari puasa. sekarang 3rd child 3rd trimester
nasi berlauk. banyakkan protein, fibre & lemak sihat. buat air nabeez + susu. kurma + peanut butter/butter.
