Ahhh brown discharge in early pregnancy is quite common, especially if you've been busy or tired, memang stress and activity can trigger it, just like you noticed before your periods! But since you're only at week 7, better to mention this to your doctor at your next visit or call them straightaway lah, just to be safe and get proper reassurance (some spotting is normal tapi better to confirm with them).
