Sedih sngat2 ble org ckp jgn jdi mls sngt sbb mngandung... sy bkn mls.. tpi ble sy trlalu aktif brgerak perot akn mengeras jdi xselesa . Klau ddk dye ok.. mmg mcm tu ke..?? ke ad cra laen nk bg bby/perot xmngeras ble ibu brgerak/aktif.. kdg2 mngganggu aktviti harian jga.. klau ddk rumah sndri sy spu smpah /masak skit lpstu ddk rehat .. tpi ble blik umh mertua dgn ank akk ipar yg sngat2 lh lasak buat sy extra penat pon ad dgn perot mngeras..

sama la mcm sy.. buat kje ckit, msti kne rehat dgn berbaring. klu rht duk @ baring je kat sofa pon xabs rhtnya. kne baring atas katil jgk.. kita tgh rht2 tu bru la rsa bby aktif mnendang2 . pling suka moments tu . mmg sdih klu ingt kita ni pmls😭
