Normal ke sakit celah kangkang dan bahagian kemaluan preg 30W

Sakit bahagian kemaluan masa pregnant tu memang common, especially dekat trimester ketiga bila badan berubah and pressure bertambah, a few of my mum friends masa second pregnancy complained about the same thing! Bisa jadi ligament pain, swelling dari hormone changes, or just pressure from baby's weight, but sebab ni second baby, everything memang boleh jadi lebih intense. Definitely worth bringing it up with your doctor or midwife next checkup (or call earlier if the pain is sharp or ada discharge yang unusual) sebab they can check and give you proper advice macam physiotherapy or stretches yang selamat.
