Sayang, 2 bulan postpartum boleh relate, tapi kena make sure luka dah heal betul-betul dulu, kalo masih bleeding atau rasa sakit, better tunggu lagi atau tanya doctor kat checkup next time. Lots of my mum friends share sama, and most of us were told to wait until the 6-week mark at least, especially kalo ada stitches or C-section. Kalo hardness perut tu yang worry kamu, that's normal jugak during pregnancy and after, tapi if it's pain or very uncomfortable, worth checking with your gynae just to be safe, especially since you're still in the fourth trimester!
