Aiyo, 39 weeks 3 days and still waiting, memang stressful la! Tapi actually those signs you mentioned (perut mengeras, sakit bawah perut, pinggang sakit) tu bolehlah dah pre-labour signs, so mungkin baby nak datang soon je. A few of my mum friends went through this stage and baby came within a few days, so try to stay calm, your body is actually preparing. Jangan stress sangat because that can delay labour pulak. Definitely go check with your gynae atau go to the hospital if contractions become regular, or if you notice any bleeding or signs that worry you, because at 39+ weeks, doctors akan monitor closely especially if overdue.
