Sakit Perut

Saya rasa sakit sgt perut bahagian tgh ni mcm menyucuk2 on off rasa macam krem pun ada sehinggakan sy kena cari mana2 position yg boleh kurangkan rasa sakit ni. Tapi benda ni jadi masa sy tgh khusyuk makan. Mommys rasa kenapa ea? Ke sebab sy x breakfast? Tp sebelum ni pun hari2 x breakfast xde lak jd mcm ni

Sakit perut yang menyucuk-sucuk macam ni bukan normal, even if you skip breakfast regularly. Could be many things, gastric, digestive issue, atau something else, tapi kena check properly dengan doctor. Jangan tunggu lama-lama, okay? A few of my mum friends had similar symptoms and turned out kena different things, so kailah proper check-up untuk sure. Take care of yourself!
