Sebaiknya tunggu sampai properly late (around 18-19hb12 la based on your normal 30hb cycle), then UPT lagi or check with doctor directly sebab sore nipples + perut sakit + delayed period mmg perlu confirm apa yang happening. Jangan stress dulu, tapi jangan delay jumpa doc kalau symptoms terus or bleeding change ye!
