Alo mommy.. Siannya hmm qila pun pernah kena.. Mmg sakit tau. Tido pun tak lena tau. Punca utama sbb kurg kalsium nii mommy. Doc or nurse mmg akan ckp kalau kebas2, u mmg kurang kalsium
Utk preggy kalsium kena 1300-1500mg per dy tau. If mommy mmg ambil susu/ mknn yg ada kalsium but still rasa kebas, better ambil calcium supplement. Seriously membantu. Qila takde kebas2 dah sbb konsisten mkn supplement calcium. But of coz qila tak pernah jgk skip susu or mknn yg ada calcium
If biar lelama ni kan mommy, silap hari bulan kena tulang rapuh pulak.
