PERIOD LEWAT

Ahhh I know how stressful this is, tapi honestly babe, negative UPT with all those symptoms is tricky, bisa jadi period just delayed (hormones can be moody!), or sometimes UPT can be kurang sensitive if you test terlalu awal or dilute urine. Since you're already 3 days late with the symptoms you're having, worth doing another UPT in a day or two with morning urine, or just go see your doctor lah to get it sorted properly instead of staring at the stick sampai gila-gila! Takut also sia-sia, but at least doctor can do a blood test if needed and confirm exactly what's going on.
