Darah nifas

Eh, I get it, confusing gila when you thought dah habis then tiba-tiba ada spotting balik kan! Based on what other mums shared, spotting boleh je datang balik sampai around 8-10 weeks postpartum, especially kalau you just started normal activities like mandi wajib. Your uterus is still healing, so sometimes it triggers a bit more bleeding. Since you're on day 57, quite far in already, the spotting should be light je, not like the heavy flow you had the first few days.
