Right side pain + tightness boleh jadi banyak benda, some yang kena check immediately. A few of my mum friends ada kena similar, and one of them kena round ligament pain (very common), but ada juga yang perlu monitoring for other things. Better safe than sorry lah, especially at this stage. Don't delay okay?
