Aah i understand your worry lah, at 7 weeks it's still quite early to confirm everything clearly. A few of us went through the same thing, and what most doctors say is that by 9-10 weeks the second sac akan jadi much clearer, so the repeat scan should give you better picture. Kalau memang twins, biasanya both heartbeats will show up by then; if it's just a cyst or hematoma, it won't grow like a baby sac will. The good news is you already heard one strong heartbeat, so that one is confirmed okay! Tapi memang best to wait for the repeat scan and let your doctor confirm, some things just need a bit more time to show themselves clearly on screen.
