Saya baru lepas bersalin pramatang 30minggu. Saya cuba urut breast untuk hasilkan susu, keluar cecair warna jenih , cair je, x terlalu kuning sangat. Adakah itu colostrum? Setahu saya colostrum warna kuning
Congrats on your baby, mama, I know premature birth can be scary, but you're doing great by trying to express milk already! That clear/slightly yellowish liquid is actually early colostrum, and it does vary in colour from mum to mum, mine was quite pale at first, and a few of my mum friends said theirs looked more watery than golden, so don't worry lah. Best to check with your hospital lactation consultant or doctor though, because at 30 weeks premature they should be monitoring your milk supply closely and can give you specific guidance for your baby's needs in NICU.
