Boleh saya tahu tak normal susu colostrum akan keluar bila ya? time bersalin atau time pregnant dah ada. saya ftm, mintak tunjuk ajar sifu😀 and ada tips tak nk bgi keluar colostrum tu
Alah, normal lah kalau dah ada keluar sikit-sikit during pregnancy, tak perlu risau! Most of the time colostrum dah boleh keluar around third trimester mcm sekarang la, but banyak orang baru nampak obvious masa labour or right after birth. A few of us had yellowish discharge sekali-sekala, some tak ada apa-apa, semua okay je, every body different. Best tip is jangan try squeeze or massage breast banyak-banyak to force it out because yang boleh jadi irritating, just let it flow naturally ja, and pakai breast pads dalam bra if it's staining your clothes.
