Ahhh ini common sekali, happened to a few of my mum friends too, once they taste the bottle, memang laju dan senang, so they prefer it lah. Kena patient je, try offering breast first when baby is sleepy or during night feeds (sometimes they'll latch better), and some of us found it helps to express sikit kat botol then latch, so baby ingat taste dia tu. But honestly, if direct feeding jadi stressful untuk both of you, pumping and bottle-feeding is also totally fine and valid, your mental health matters too, and a happy mum means a happy baby. I'd suggest checking with your lactation consultant or nurse klinik to rule out any latch issues dan get personalised tips, because every baby is different. Don't be too hard on yourself, mama, you're doing great!
