Sayang, abdominal pain during pregnancy ni memang boleh happen, tapi since you're experiencing this regularly dan especially after eating, please go see your doctor or gynae ASAP, jangan delay, okay? Better to get checked and everything is fine, than worry sendiri. A few of us mum friends pernah experience sakit perut masa early pregnancy, some normal ligament stretching je, but some kena review by doctor. Since this is your first baby and you're keeping track (which is good!), definitely get it checked out so the doctor can examine you properly and make sure baby is okay.
