Yes pretty accurate for me as well. On good days, he manages to put himself back to sleep after shuffling around. On others (sigh), it needs a little patting from mummy and daddy!
Yes absolutely. my 8 month old daughter cannot sleep for more than 3 hours. She always needs someone beside to sleep again else she'll start crying and ultimately will wake up.
