Eh sayang, I can hear how stressed you are, 4 injections a day sounds like a lot, but honestly a few of us mums went through blood thinners during pregnancy and delivery, and it becomes a routine after the first week or so, promise! The first few times are always scary, but once you get the hang of it, boleh jadi macam brushing teeth je, pinch the skin, inject quickly, done in seconds. Have you asked your doctor if your partner or a nurse can come help you do the injections, or if there's a clinic near you where you can go get them done instead of DIY? That might take away some of the anxiety, and sometimes just having someone there makes it feel less overwhelming. You're already so strong for managing a high heart rate and blood clots, this is just a precaution to keep you and baby safe, and before you know it you'll be holding your baby and this whole scary phase will be behind you!
