Hi , sapa ada pengalaman anak kena resdung ? Anak saya tdur berdengkur , tapi pagi pagi dia punya bersin macam kita kena resdung . Ada pengalaman tonsil ka adenoid ka ? Share pliss .
Aiyah, resdung in kids can be tricky lah, a few of us mums faced this, and sometimes it's the adenoids or tonsils causing the snoring and blocked nose thing. My friend's boy had the same snoring and morning sneezing, and it turned out his adenoids were quite enlarged; the ENT did check and gave them options, so I think worth getting it looked at by a doctor to see if it's resdung, adenoids, or tonsils lah. In the meantime, try humidifier at night and make sure his pillow is higher, sometimes helps a bit with the congestion.
