At 7 months, baby movements usually start to pick up more noticeably, so if you're feeling very little, it's worth checking with your OB just to be safe, hindi rin masama mag-confirm na okay lang si baby. Some moms I know noticed their babies were just positioned differently or the placenta was in front, kaya hindi gaano-ramdam, but your doctor can check through ultrasound to make sure everything's normal. How are you feeling otherwise? Sometimes stress or dehydration can make movements feel less too, so drink lots of water and try to rest in a quiet position to feel baby better.
