Saya and a few of my mum friends yang caesar, the main thing is lepas operation tu kena take it easy, jangan angkat benda berat, jangan buat kerja rumah berat-berat for at least 6 weeks, and kena jaga luka supaya clean and dry. Kena follow-up dengan doctor regularly to check the wound healing, and honestly sikit je pain medication, mostly just resting and letting your body recover lah. Kalau ada specific worries or complications, definitely tanya your OB-GYN because setiap person berbeda and they'll guide you best! All the best sis, you'll do great
