Kantung besar sikit at early scan memang boleh jadi, biasanya either dating calculation yang sedikit off atau memang baby grow cepat sikit, a few of us had similar scans and everything turned out fine! Best thing is follow up scan kat 8-9 weeks nanti untuk confirm dates yang proper, doctor dapat track trajectory baby growth dengan lebih clear, so don't stress too much for now lah.
