Salam mama! Aku guna Contraction Master dulu, super simple lang, just tap pastu auto-calculate duration and frequency, very handy when I wasn't sure kalau benign Braxton Hicks ke dah labour contraction haha. A few of us mums swapped recs and ramai yang suka Contraction Timer app jugak, free and no fuss, tapi honestly most important benda is you ring the hospital atau doctor kalau contractions jadi regular and painful sangat, jangan rely on app je!
