Aww congrats on your first pregnancy! I haven't given birth at those hospitals myself, but a few of my mum friends delivered at Shah Alam and Klang gov hospitals, they said the facilities are okay and the nurses are supportive, tapi memang can be a bit crowded during peak hours so labour ward wait time boleh jadi longer. Best thing is to visit the hospital yourself during your antenatal check and ask the midwives directly about their procedures, what to bring, and whether they allow birth partner in the labour room, sebab setiap hospital sedikit berbeza. Your OB/gynae should also have good insights since they refer patients there regularly!
