Salam and hi mommies . Macam mana nak cepatkan bukaan ya ? Saya dah berjalan sehari suntuk dalam mall ikea dan mytown semalam . Suami yang penat 😅 harini rabu esok khamis due date tapi tak ada tanda tanda turun … ghisau la mommies apa perlu saya buat ya ? Ada tak mommies boleh share pengalaman ? Sabar la mama, baru 1.5cm bukaan and its still a few days before your due date, banyak mums in my circle pun masih tak ada tanda sampai a day or two before labour, then suddenly jadi cepat je! Walking is good (at least your suami dapat exercise ), tapi dont stress yourself out because stress actually slow down the process. Since youre checking both swasta and KK, just update your doctor esok if still no progress, they might give you more guidance based on your situation. Lepas 40 weeks nanti, doctors akan monitor closely anyway so youre in good hands. First baby memang jadi slow sometimes, tapi dia akan keluar on his/her own time, try to rest and stay calm, okay?
