MRI masa pregnant
Salam dan hi semua. Saya sedang 9 weeks pregnant. Ada history operation fibroid yg besar 2 tahun lepas. Tapi sekarang ada lagi fibroid besar di luar rahim. Dr ada cadangkan nk buat MRI tanpa kontrast pada week ke 13. Apa pandangan ibu ibu yaa? Ada siapa pernah buat mri masa pregnant tak?

This is definitely a medical decision yang perlu discuss lebih lanjut dengan your OB/GYN, they know your full situation best, especially dengan your fibroid history. If you have any doubts or worries, don't hesitate to ask your doctor more questions or ask for a second opinion; that's totally normal and okay. A few of us mum friends have had imaging during pregnancy for various reasons, and most of the time doctors only suggest it if they really think it's necessary for your safety and baby's safety. The fact your doctor recommended no contrast shows they're being careful. But yeah, ask them why they think week 13 is the right time, and what they're specifically looking for, helps you feel more confident about the decision.
