Salam! Four weeks is still very early, so diarrhea at this stage memang boleh jadi unsettling, but it's not uncommon lah, a few of us mums experienced tummy issues in early pregnancy, bisa sebab hormones changing or just coincidence. Best to check with your doctor though, especially since you need to make sure you're staying hydrated and not losing important nutrients when you're pregnant, especially dengan anak kedua your body needs the extra support. Minum plenty of water and plain foods, tapi do get it checked out just to be safe, okay?
