Honestly kalau doctor dah assess dan cakap okay, dia usually tau, tapi I'd suggest follow up dengan dia dalam 2-3 hari je untuk confirm the follicle dah released or kecil, sebab sometimes kena time it right untuk intercourse. Some of my friends yang skip the trigger shot memang ada yang ovulate naturally je tapi depends on individual body, ada yang berhasil, ada yang follicle kecil balik. Regarding norculut, a few opted not to take it sebab takut side effects, but better check dengan your doctor why dia prescribe it dulu, mungkin ada reason. Just make sure you DTD during the fertile window ja and stay positive, rooting for you!
