Should be ok! My friend who is in her 2nd trimester having cough & medicine doesnt work well for her (probably due to the drug dosage), she diffuse RC, this helps to relieve cough.
Not so sure about RC, perhaps u can check with the young living dealer as they are more expert in this.
I use for diffusing only. i dont apply. i use essential oil throughout my pregnancy
