as long as regular cycle ka (meaning alam mo sa sarili mo kelan ang day/dat na di ka safe) then its ok. sa akin kasi, since regular ang cycle ko at alam ko na kung kelan ang usual week na fertile ako, safe sa amin ni hubby ang mag make love with no barrier 2-3days after mens. pero 1 week after ng peiod ko, need na magbarrier (like condom). if di ka sure sa cycle mo, better be safe na lang.
