Based from the moms that I know, the doctors told them to continue doing the workouts that they've been doing before getting pregnant, which may include swimming and running, but on a lighter pace. Also, swimming is good to condition the pregnant body :)

As long as the pool is chlorinated, and you're a confident swimmer, I'd say yes! Just don't swim laps, and don't overexert yourself.
