Currently 2 weeks+ postpartum. I had pineapple juice mixed with cranberry juice and raspberry leaf tea every night from 37 weeks onwards until delivery. Even though the pineapple juice was very minimal (like 1/4 of the entire mixture). It is quite acidic so can worsen reflux if you have. But it is safe to drink. I had it because I heard it can soften cervix and prepare you for labour.
