Balsamic reduction is actually rich in antioxidants and really good for pregnant women. Mushrooms and corn are good to eat too. As mentioned in another comment, if you don’t trust the cleanliness of the restaurant, avoid the raw veg. The dish as a whole is actually really nutritious for you and baby.

I generally avoid raw veggies. As they may contain bacteria if not cleaned properly. If your stomach is not sensitive, then it’s fine. As for dark sauce, it’s not an issue to eat during pregnancy. Mushroom is also ok as long as it’s fully cooked.

It should be safe as long as there's no alcohol and anything raw.

Seems okay but give those greens a blanch if you're concerned
